My name is Andrea and I am incurably in love with the world of pastry making. The art of kneading is an ancestral need that has matured within me, a true necessity that has slowly dug its way into my life, leading me to radically change my plans: from the dark suit and my hands among the papers linked to my legal studies, to the pastry chef's jacket and my hands always dirty among the dough, whisks and candied fruit.

With my brothers, Roberto and Luca, I share the same dream: to give you the taste of a smile, the flavor of an emotion, the scent of joy, enclosed in the softness of my dough, in the crunchiness of the icing and in the sweetness of the creams and candied fruit that color my creations.
