60 hours of preparation, 36 hours of natural leavening with sourdough starter to obtain a top-quality artisanal panettone with a soft centre and an intoxicating aroma that concludes with an explosion of flavours.

A traditional Italian dessert with a centuries-old history. Naturally leavened with live sourdough.

During the Christmas period, preparation and delivery times may be delayed due to the very high volume of orders and courier schedules, which are beyond our control.

During transport, panettone may be bumped or jostled, resulting in small cracks on the surface, especially in products with an external cream filling.
