Mini Caprese in Jars

Laboratorio Barile loves to experiment, including with new cooking methods. This is how the torta caprese in vasocottura (jar-cooked cake) was born, a traditional Capri dessert made directly in its glass container.

A technique that preserves aromas and freshness thanks to the airtight seal of the jar. The moment you open it, the chocolate's aroma will be released, just like opening the oven after baking.

Ingredients: Ground almonds, 64% chocolate, pasteurized egg yolk, extra virgin olive oil, sucrose, egg white, granulated sugar, acacia honey, modified starch, Grand Marnier extract, lemon zest, 22/24 cocoa, vanilla paste.

Storage: The expiration date is indicated on the package. Store in the refrigerator. Once opened, store in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator and consume within two days.
